The Abbott team did a great job with the bsmt water mitigation. They were thorough, responsive, and clearly communicated the required work all throughout the afternoon.

Once our home was found to contain mold, I interviewed 3 remediation companies. I chose Abbott for 3 reasons: my doctor's other patients gave a good report about Abbott, upon inspection Timothy discovered mold in places the other company missed, and Abbott could reconstruct quickly. I asked for their best crew because I value quality work. I can't say enough about Axel, Jhonferth, Rosana and Yadai. There was great communication, their work was very thorough, they cleaned up before leaving each day, and it felt comfortable having them in my home. Axel was very thoughtful about keeping me informed at all times of the schedule and progress. I was so glad I chose Abbott and thrilled when the final mold test showed NO MOLD!!

They were prompt and professional in explaining the process and the crew sent to our home was knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and came even though it was late at night when we discovered the problem, stayed late, and were then back early the next day. I highly recommend Belaquis (the on-site team leader) and Abbott.

I had a house fire from faulty electrical fuse box. I woke up at 2am and my house was on fire. Alex from Abbotts came right away and took care of everything in a professional efficient manner. I was going through shock and he talked me through everything in terms I could understand. He has been helping me with every facet of this tragedy. He and Keilor are so extremely knowledgeable and are looking out for me. They have put me at ease and I feel like I'm in great hands. They answer every dumb question I ask at any time of day. I could not survive this without them. They are truly compassionate and understanding. They did some work for my neighbor and he thought the same thing. They won't let you down.
