Our building had a leak that impacted our unit. Even though remediation is never pleasant, Rudy S., Andres M., Yadai H., and Norge M. did a great job. They were kind, thorough, and communicative. We really appreciated all their efforts to take care of our home and get us back to normal.

Abbotts Took Care of Us After Our Christmas Fire!
We had a surpirse garage fire at 3:00 AM on Christmas morning. While watching the fire crew put the fire out, I searched for a company to help us manage the recovery using my phone and standing on the sidewalk in my pajamas. Abbotts showed up in my search with great ratings and we made a quick decision to call them. An Abbotts specialist was on site with us within hours. He assessed the damage, had a crew out to build a temporary wall for our door-less garage, and secured the house all within hours, even though it was early on Christmas. Abbots worked closely with our Insurance Adjustor and all of the subcontractors and we were able to move back in to our house within 6 weeks. The cleaning and management of the non-salvageable posessions was thorough and well organized. The extensive construction to rebuild the garage from bare, cleaned studs was profesisonal. All of the recovery efforts were complete when our special-order garage door was installed in mid-March. If you have the misfortune to need them, Abbotts will take care of your disaster from beginning to end.

Belquis, Yadai, and Nikolas at Abbotts Cleanup & Restoration did a stellar job cleaning our space after concrete sanding work we had done. Not a speck of dust could be found! They saved us a lot of time and stress after the work on our home.

It was a long process but my mother in law had a tremendous amount of stuff. Sylvia was a pleasure to work with.

We experienced a water leak on our main level and in our crawl space. The team was responsive and respectful, and they were quick to answer all questions I had.

Silvia provided outstanding service—she went above and beyond to help my mother-in-law (who is 100 yo). It was an extensive clean-up due to toxic smoke and a much longer process than expected, and any time I reached out to Silvia she was always ready to do whatever was needed. While I hope I never need to use Abbotts again, I would welcome having Silvia on the project. Genuine, kind, caring and amazing lady. I really can’t thank you enough for all you did for us!

Jhonferth and Axel came to my house for the mitigation efforts after we had one of our toilet had a leak. They were very professional, understood my situation and took care of the situation. They did not start with immediate demo, but were cognizant to do it the right way. They safe guarded the room and walkway so the machines don't damage when it is brought in and out. Really recommend their service. A big kudos to Travis who is the owner who came to my house to do the initial bid. he was also fully reachable throughout the process.

Very professional crew and took great care of moving in and out all my furniture and replacing them carefully. Also, cleaned them before replacing the furniture.

I worked with Rudy who came out over the holidays to deal with my disaster front-loading washing machine (never again), which leaked from my second floor to my first floor. He took great care to ensure that not only did we dry everything properly and file it with insurance, but also, helped to explain the next steps clearly. I called Abbotts for water cleanup and had the pleasure of working with Rudy and Belquis. They were personable and professional. They walked me through their process.

This Crew is hands down the best. Saturday 12-20-2025 they showed up and got the water removed, cleaned and sanitized and we were ready business.

Believe it or not but a second flood happened 12-24-2025 Christmas Eve and this team showed up in full force using multiple sump pumps to keep the water level low wile working around a plumber to stop the lean all the way until 6am Christmas day and still returning that afternoon to continue working so we could open as soon as possible.

Twice in less then a week they showed and and amazed us will how fast and efficient they work.

Rudy and Norge from Abbotts Restoration did an excellent job of removing water and drying out my two bathrooms from a water leak two floors above me.
They were immediately available and installed heavy duty fans and dehumidifiers for several days until no moisture was detected on their equipment.
They were careful in moving their large and heavy equipment in and out so as not to damage either bathroom.
Both Rudy and Norge were skilled in their work. They were both polite as well as friendly, and I was very comfortable in their presence.
I would use Abbotts Restoration again if the need were to arise, and highly recommend Rudy and Jorge as excellent technicians.

Mold is awful and scary. We found this company and we have been super satisfied with the quick service we have received. I can’t lie, I’ve had horrible experiences with other Restoration Companies in the past but that’s not the case with Abbotts Restoration. Travis and Andy are always quick to respond to Calls and are ready to rock n roll the moment you let them know the issue. The workers that showed up to my site Rudy, Axel, & Braulio were extremely kind and did exactly what we needed faster than I’ve seen in previous experiences with other companies. We had a giant leak issue at my property that caused our 2nd floor to flood but within 1 day our whole 2nd floor was already dry and they got it done fast enough to avoid any mold, damage to our walls, or floor issues. We called Abbotts in the middle of the night because the rain had flooded our basement. Axil, Arturo, and Stephen were complete professionals!
