Deep Roots in Water Damage Restoration
Abbotts Cleanup & Restoration was founded in 2013 when two families with deep roots in the restoration industry decided to build something better. Both sides carried generations of hands-on experience in construction and disaster recovery, and both shared the same frustration: too many homeowners were left confused and alone during the worst week of their lives.
Our President, Travis Chancey, started in the field in 1996 at All Dry, learning every part of the trade from the ground up. By the time Abbotts opened its doors in 2013, that experience had turned into a clear standard for how restoration should be done: respond fast, communicate honestly, and treat the property like it is our own.
Three generations later, that standard has not changed. Travis represents the third generation in restoration, and his oldest son, Daniel, is already leading the fourth. We are still locally owned, still family-run, and still answering the phone 24/7 across Denver and Colorado Springs.

Travis Chancey, President
Travis Chancey is a third-generation restoration leader and Master Restorer with over 30 years of experience.He began his career in 1996 at All Dry, learning every aspect of the business, and in 2013, he founded Abbotts Cleanup & Restoration, leading the company with a focus on professionalism, innovation, and unmatched customer care.
A Certified Mitigation and Remediation Specialist, IICRC certified, and 40-hour HAZWOPER trained, Travis carries on a true family legacy.
Jack Martin, CEO
As a third-generation fire and flood expert, Jack was the founder of COCAT and has since gone on to form Abbotts. Jack takes a special interest in the customer as the heart of our business.
