Rudy and Braulio did an extraordinary job cleaning up an exploded beanbag. There were pieces of static-y foam everywhere. I had no idea what to do, but Rudy and Braulio took care of everything so quickly. The basement carpet is completely free from foam pieces and the men went above and beyond to clean the entire carpet. I couldn't be more pleased!

Braulio and Rudy were great! They were very professional, set up the equipment quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning/sanitizing. Absolutely recommend for any clean up and restoration needs.

I was having a rough time with another trash restoration company and Abbott showed up for me and my family so quickly and efficiently and I finally slept through the night last night. I live in North Carolina and was calling many restoration companies to get estimates for fire damage, smoke damage and restoration. Google routed me to Abbotts Cleanup & Restoration. I called them, and though I live several states away, Abbotts spent a lot of time on the phone with me, advising me and providing specific and general information that helped us start navigating the process of getting our home 'whole' again. We're just getting started but Abbotts took the time to give us very good advice that is helping us already. We are thankful for Abbotts for their guidance, answering many questions and volunteering other very important details. They knew they wouldn't be the company doing our restoration, because they are in Colorado and we are in North Carolina. The great distance between our states didn't didn't matter to the Abbotts representative. He talked me through the process and gave us great advice. All the workmen were friendly, and most professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The lead contractor , Shanyne Adams was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and professional Mike Thompson was most helpful and appraised me promptly about upcoming events. Rudy was friendly as he greeted us and communicated about the damage done and his strategy for addressing the water. Emilio too great care to set up protection for the floors and helped Rudy set up the fans and dehumidifiers. Both Rudy and Emilio worked hard to address the damage created by the water. We appreciated that their focus was to try and dry out the wet areas instead of tearing up the impacted areas of the house.

If you are using Abbotts it’s generally because some catastrophic event has impacted you, so it’s nice to know that there is a company out there that can help you with it so effectively. My basement was flooded. Rudy was there within one hour of me calling his office. He assessed the damage and then brought all the equipment necessary to dry everything out. While the baseboard and carpet pad had to be thrown out, he was able to salvage the carpet and the drywall. he was very trustworthy, Competent, and very good communicator. I would recommend Abbott to anybody who has an Emergency situation.

Sylvia is very attentive to customer's needs. She went out of her way to ensure our satisfaction. She maintained regular and consistent communication with us and followed through on her commitments in a timely manner. She is great to work with and should be recognized as a valuable asset to her company.

Saved me twice. Losing your property to water damage is really hard. Losing 2 is crazy. I have rental properties. Abbotts Cleanup was there day 1 for both. Their dry out time was there in hours. Helped save me time and money. Nathen and Michele were patients with my calls, questions, and concerns. One house was a total loss. Took forever due to insurance and other circumstances. The second house was up and running again within a week. Good job.

I had water damage in my basement that was minimal but not something I could deal with on my own - the carpet needed to be pulled up, pad removed, and everything cleaned and dried. The team responded quickly, did good work, and worked with me on pricing. Everyone I encountered, from scheduling, to estimates, to the team doing the work, were good communicators, efficient and respectful of myself and property.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michele from Abbotts Cleanup and Restoration, and I cannot express enough how positive my experience was. Despite significant delays on my end in getting the job approved, Michele's professionalism and dedication made all the difference. My estimator, Juan R., was also amazing - responsive, communicative, and helpful. I hope I never need Abbotts services again, but if I do I would 100% call Abbotts again.

We had a fire at my work that was set around 3pm. By the time the police and fire had left and said we could start cleaning up, it was close to 430. I connected with the cleaning crew around 5, and they were on location by 6. Jake, Matt, Rodrigo & Missael were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and fast! They got to the after photos below by about 730 when I went back by the business! If I could have given 10 stars, I would have, and if I ever have need of these services again, they will be my first and only call!!!

Broken water pipe gushed torrents of water from a 5th floor apartment all the way down to the building's basement. I'd give all the folks 10 stars if I could...Rudy, Andres, Alberto, Jesus, & all the others in & out of my apartment whose names I don't remember, as well as coordinator -scheduler Michelle. Everyone has been invariably kind & professional, very understanding & reassuring. They've been here 3 times over 6 days & are always very prompt. I thought my bathroom walls felt dry but they showed me all the walls were still wet. They put up a plastic "door" with a zipper, & several dehumidifiers, hot air blowers, including one under my bedroom carpet, & some machine with flexible hose that drains from bedrm carpet into my bathtub. I don't know how to attach picture of them to my review but I highly recommend Abbott's!!

Jesus, Dario and Juan were particularly helpful. They took a stressful situation and made it so much better. They communicated each step of the way. Very pleased with Abbotts overall.

What an effortless experience! Thanks to Jake's prompt action, Abbotts were quick to arrive and mitigate the leaking dishwasher, preserving the integrity of most of my hardwood floors. Their adept handling of all insurance matters transformed what could have been a stressful ordeal into a seamless process. If only my insurance agent had matched their efficiency!
