Rudy was friendly as he greeted us and communicated about the damage done and his strategy for addressing the water. Emilio too great care to set up protection for the floors and helped Rudy set up the fans and dehumidifiers. Both Rudy and Emilio worked hard to address the damage created by the water. We appreciated that their focus was to try and dry out the wet areas instead of tearing up the impacted areas of the house.

I never have felt compelled to write a review! However, I can’t thank Brandon, Jose, Braulio and Sergio and team enough! I was having a rough time with another trash restoration company and Abbott showed up for me and my family so quickly and efficiently and I finally slept through the night last night. I was physically ill and getting worse and I can already tell that my throat, cough, head are on the mend now that the area is contained properly. So many thanks! I will update once complete 🏡🙂. If you are asking if you’ve found a company you can trust to act fast, get the job done right and care? The answer is 100% Yes!!!

All the workmen were friendly, and most professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The lead contractor , Shanyne Adams was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and professional Mike Thompson was most helpful and appraised me promptly about upcoming events. I was unbelievably pleased and gratified!

Silva is wonderful, professional and very thorough in her work. I had construction dust in some closets and everything inside had to be cleaned. She did a great job:)

My basement was flooded. Rudy was there within one hour of me calling his office. He assessed the damage and then brought all the equipment necessary to dry everything out. While the baseboard and carpet pad had to be thrown out, he was able to salvage the carpet and the drywall. he was very trustworthy, Competent, and very good communicator. I would recommend Abbott to anybody who has an Emergency situation.

Sylvia is very attentive to customer's needs. She went out of her way to ensure our satisfaction. She maintained regular and consistent communication with us and followed through on her commitments in a timely manner. She is great to work with and should be recognized as a valuable asset to her company.

Abbotts has been assisting me with cleaning and restoration of my personal items, and cleaning and rebuilding my home after a house fire. They have been the only good thing about the whole process, and I can't recommend them enough.

Saved me twice. Losing your property to water damage is really hard. Losing 2 is crazy. I have rental properties. Abbotts Cleanup was there day 1 for both. Their dry out time was there in hours. Helped save me time and money. Nathen and Michele were patients with my calls, questions, and concerns. One house was a total loss. Took forever due to insurance and other circumstances. The second house was up and running again within a week. Good job.

I had water damage in my basement that was minimal but not something I could deal with on my own - the carpet needed to be pulled up, pad removed, and everything cleaned and dried. The team responded quickly, did good work, and worked with me on pricing. Everyone I encountered, from scheduling, to estimates, to the team doing the work, were good communicators, efficient and respectful of myself and property.

As a designer, I have used restoration companies on various projects. This was the first time I worked with Abbott's, and I would definitely work with them again. I recently had the pleasure of working with Michele from Abbotts Cleanup and Restoration, and I cannot express enough how positive my experience was. Despite significant delays on my end in getting the job approved, Michele's professionalism and dedication made all the difference. Due to the complexity of my situation, I had to secure approvals from my facilities and grounds committee, the financial committee, and the master board. This process resulted in the project being approved over two months after I received the initial estimate. Throughout this time, Michele remained patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive. Today, I coordinated with Michele to gain access to expired work authorization links and discussed how we’d coordinate the 70% deposit to ensure they had the approval and payment to begin the work. The Abbots team (Braulio R., Rudy S., Devon B., Jose B., and Anselmo B.) that worked at my home was amazing! They were careful, thoughtful, professional, and great at communicating the steps of the process. I had extensive water damage, which is quite stressful, but the level of service and help that Abbotts provided made the cleanup, dry out, and demo process smooth and alleviated stress. My estimator, Juan R., was also amazing - responsive, communicative, and helpful. I hope I never need Abbotts services again, but if I do I would 100% call Abbotts again.

We had a fire at my work that was set around 3pm. By the time the police and fire had left and said we could start cleaning up, it was close to 430. I connected with the cleaning crew around 5, and they were on location by 6. Jake, Matt, Rodrigo & Missael were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and fast! They got to the after photos below by about 730 when I went back by the business! If I could have given 10 stars, I would have, and if I ever have need of these services again, they will be my first and only call!!!

Broken water pipe gushed torrents of water from a 5th floor apartment all the way down to the building's basement. I'd give all the folks 10 stars if I could...Rudy, Andres, Alberto, Jesus, & all the others in & out of my apartment whose names I don't remember, as well as coordinator -scheduler Michelle. Everyone has been invariably kind & professional, very understanding & reassuring. They've been here 3 times over 6 days & are always very prompt. I thought my bathroom walls felt dry but they showed me all the walls were still wet. They put up a plastic "door" with a zipper, & several dehumidifiers, hot air blowers, including one under my bedroom carpet, & some machine with flexible hose that drains from bedrm carpet into my bathtub. I don't know how to attach picture of them to my review but I highly recommend Abbott's!!

Jesus, Dario and Juan were particularly helpful. They took a stressful situation and made it so much better. They communicated each step of the way. Very pleased with Abbotts overall.

What an effortless experience! Thanks to Jake's prompt action, Abbotts were quick to arrive and mitigate the leaking dishwasher, preserving the integrity of most of my hardwood floors. Abbotts restoration is fantastic! My neighbor’s burst pipe flooded my place too on Christmas morning. The Abbotts crew jumped into action like it was any day. The handful of guys that descended on my home were extremely friendly, nicely uniformed, and went above and beyond cleaning the mess as they left. Jesus helped explain things at every stage.

A letter that I wrote to Abbotts' management: I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your services and to compliment your company on its employees. While one hopes to never need the services of a restoration company, we are very grateful that you are there when people do need one, and appreciate your coming to our rescue! We had a fire in our chimney on the evening of Jan 2. Early on the morning of Jan 3, Brandon from Abbotts was at our door, telling us he knew what had happened and not to worry. He explained what a restoration company does, and how Abbotts would help us in getting our house back together. And within no time at all, his words were action - Ryan and Juan with his crew were at our house to start what I would learn to be a very specific and detailed process. We were still in "shock mode" after our experience from the evening before, but everyone from Abbotts was there right away to ease our worries and put our minds to rest; to tell us and show us, that everything would be ok. That peace of mind so quickly after the event is much appreciated. The crews from Abbotts have been such a pleasure to work with. There were many workers that came and went, but the commonality with each and every one of them was their professionalism and respect. Everyone was respectful of us, our house and belongings, and of what we were going thru, which was a minor disaster compared to what they have dealt with in the past, I am sure, but they treated us as if this was just as bad to them as it was for us and that we were their top priority. Everyone was friendly, compassionate, courteous and so hard-working; and judging by the laughter I would often hear, seemed to enjoy working with each other. It is an awkward situation to have so many people come into your home, but the Abbotts crews did their very best to make it less so: each saying good morning when they arrived, asking permission to enter rooms, keeping the front door closed to keep the cold out, and so many more acts of courtesy too numerous to mention. I tried to remember everyone's name, but with large and rotating crews, I soon gave up. But I would like to commend several members of your crew whose names I do know. Ryan and Juan are both great communicators, keeping us in the loop of what was happening and what was next. Rodrigo and Misael worked so hard and efficiently at their task to clean up the damage to the walls. They contained the areas and made it so that the rest of the house was unaffected by the damage and their work and could stay as clean and warm as could be. Sylvia and her crew, including Izayana, Sienna, Lidia and Danny came and packed up all of our belongings in the affected rooms and assured us that they would be cleaned and well cared for. Next came Claudia and again, Danny, to clean the areas affected by the smoke. I especially adore these two people...they were so respectful, hard-working and personable. Danny is a great PR person, visiting with me, explaining the process of things, and even went as far as playing my (very out of tune) piano, which was so endearing. Claudia was like a kindred spirit to me, giving encouraging hugs when she came and left. Lastly, the 2 employees from Prism - Jill and Cody - were also wonderful to work with. I hope that you will share with your staff what a wonderful experience it has been for us to work with them. Too often staff members only hear complaints and negative feedback. My wish is that your staff will know that our unfortunate event was made so much better by them - their great care, hard work and professionalism on the job, and that they are ALL much appreciated and deserving of great praise, whether I remember their name or not!!

Abbotts removed all of the water damage from a blown connection under my kitchen sink. They had to open up the basement ceiling and rip out carpet and laminate flooring so that they could bring in fans and dehumidifiers. Before they removed the machines, they checked the dryness of all the involved areas so that I would not have mold problems in the future. The men were all very professional, knowledgeable, and polite.They did a wonderful job.

I used them when I had a water leak, needed clean up and drying out. Abbotts also help coordinate the drywallers and the painters to get the job finished. Loc Martin, the local rep, was ready and available to make sure the job got done right.

Abbotts was great! It’s hard to find a contractors who do a great such a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. We had black water damage from a leaking drain pipe in our ceiling. They sanitized and cleaned the area as well as fixed the drywall and replaced our carpet. All work was completed with a high degree of quality and very quickly too! They even matched the drywall texture perfectly. Thanks Abbotts!

My business use Abbotts to work on a remediation clean up after a big flooding we experienced. I called Loc and she was responsive and took action immediately of my call. She passed it on her team which came very promptly and worked on my store. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Loc as the marketing manager took it upon herself to follow up.
